Pie, as requested...

Got a comment from my last post and it came from Pie...kinilig daw sya and was requesting me to tell the story behind the proposal so here goes...

We've been talking about getting married siguro around August/September that we would want to it to happen next year...siguro mga December to have at least a year for savings to grow. So we've somehow decided to have it December 2006. Albert commented that we already have the month and the year identified but he hasn't proposed yet. Unconventional couple kasi talaga kami hehehe. In fact if you ask me how Albert "courted" me, and you're expecting something of the chocolates-roses-dalaw-sa-bahay thing, I wouldn't know how to answer you. But that's another story...

On my birthday, he stayed with me sa bahay since we will be on leave on the 26th (post-birthday leave ko, sya wala lang, leave din hehe). Madaling-araw nun, of course I was asleep (snoring pa nga siguro) then he just woke me up.

Him: Ga, kelan na?
Me: (groggily) Ang alin?
Him: Di ba me tanong ka lagi sa akin? Kung kelan na?
Me: Alin dun? Yung kung kelan ang kasal or kung kelan ka magpo-propose? (this has been a running joke with us...syempre gising na po ako!)
Him: Sasagutin ko ung isang tanong mo. Yung isa, tayo na ang sumagot nun.
Me: (thinking...okay...eto na...)
Him: Will you marry me?
Me: (smile reaching up to my ears) Syempre naman oo! *hug*
Him: Me birthday gift pala ako sa iyo...

Then that was when he gave me this...

Anti-climatic ba? Hindi kagandahan ang picture! hehehe...Nga pala, from time to time, I can't help but look at my ring (syempre pa-simpleng glance pa minsan) and smile. Iba pala ang feeling hehehe...

P.S. I'm deciding among 3 colors as of now --> AQUAMARINE BURGUNDY POWDER BLUE oks lang, dami pang oras para mag-decide. Di pa nga namin nai-inform mga pamilya namin :)
